The Company
Thomas Miller and Simon Oliphant formed O&M in 2022 combining our 50+ years of experience in the property construction, renovation and management fields.
Our goal is to find unique plots of land where we can build individual high class homes that we can be proud of and homeowners can love.
To help us with this the founding directors have many years of previous experience in a diverse set of skills including quantity surveying, property renovation, electrician, ecology, kitchen design/fitting, landscape architecture, project management and property rental management.
These skills have helped us to assemble an elite team of workers, whose enthusiasm, talent and hard work make every project easier to complete to the very highest standards.

Little Waldingfield
We looked at this old apple processing plant, left derelict for many years and in a terrible state of repair in 2022 and soon realised that the location was perfect for a small development of bespoke, individual houses. The old buildings were of poor quality with non-eco friendly materials which could not be saved or converted. We decided that new barn style contemporary homes would make the most of the site and its location. Design and planning such a scheme takes time but by 2025 the construction of the houses was well underway.
Middleton
As soon as we saw this site in 2024 we fell in love with its location, scale and potential. A range of derelict farm buildings set in beautiful countryside, just outside the Dedham Vale AONB (Area of outstanding Natural Beauty famous for being the location for the paintings of Thomas Gainsborough and John Constable), we had to realise its potential to provide homes of outstanding quality. We have worked with our architects to design 4 unique homes, individually crafted to make the most of the site and its surroundings.
